CAV’s award winning ambiance (and menu) has been a popular site for wedding rehearsal dinners.  We offer Prix Fixe Menus in different Price ranges (depending on the number of guests, the menu selected, and whether your rehearsal dinner is to be held on a week night, a Friday night or a Saturday night.)    Depending on preferred price range, you may select 3 course meal or a meal with one or several appetizers. We provide:

Almond Crusted Brie with brandied sundried apricots


Salad of fancy wild baby greans and julienned endives
in a champagne vinaigrette served with fresh baked French baguette bread and butter

Pasta Florentine: Fresh cut Pasta, rolled and filled
with a spinach, walnut and herbed cheese mousse, served with
a light shallot cream sauce with sundried tomatoes and crisp Parmesan flower

Seared North Atlantic Salmon, Lychee beurre blanc,
Lychee fruit, herbed roasted red Bliss potatoes

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast, in a delicate
white wine beurre blanc, roasted potatoes, julienned Snowpeas
(or you may select for final menu our Poulet aux Poires – Chicken breast with pears
poached in wine, served over chive dumplings, fusion ginger pear sauce)

Pork Tenderloin, confit leeks, Butternut Squash hash


Blackberry Merlot Sorbet, Chocolate Sauce, Chocolaete Pirouette
served with fresh roasted coffee
